DLD Smoothie Bowl

 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1.5 cup of frozen banana & berry (any frozen berry mix would work)
  • 70g Fage yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

 

 

 

Topping of choice (these added +21g carb, 5g fat, 3g protein)

  • 5g chia seeds
  • 14g Nature Valley granola
  • 50g blueberries

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor or blender add berries, yogurt, protein powder and almond milk and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl or a cup if you are on the go!
  3. Top with your favorite toppings such as chia seeds, berries, and granola.
